Background
Missionary Braidwood Rathbone has always dreamt of helping people in the darkest and most difficult situations. After visiting anti-human trafficking organisations in Thailand and Mexico City he knew one day he would be called to a similar mission. FollowHim Foundation is that mission. Braidwood has done missionary/evangelism work across Australia and Africa for 5 years now where his heart has always been drawn to the most broken people, it’s his passion to help these people. While on a trip with CfaN in Kabwe, Zambia Braidwood met Reverend Brain Mbale. Braidwood was captured by the work Rev. Mbale was doing in his local compound, building small restaurants that employ at risk young people to find a better life. During discussion Brain and Braidwood dreamt of the idea of the “wholistic gospel” where Jesus would not only tell someone the good new but clothe them and feed them as well. This is FollowHim Foundation’s heartbeat. We desire to visit those in prison, feed the hungry and give jobs to those in need.
